BRUSH TWICE IN A DAY :

Brushing is important to clean the no only the teeth, but entire mouth. Here brushing is very important, the persons who are having the problem of odour from mouth they have to brush two times in a day. It improves the oral hygiene and controls bad odour from mouth.

WASH  TONGUE  AND BUCKLES :

Brushing teeth is not enough washing teeth and cheeks also important to stop bad odour from. Why means some bacteria presents in tongue  which should produce the bad odour in mouth. It should  be harmful to your oral cavity. So wash tongue and cheeks too at the time of brushing.

DRINK MORE WATER :

If your  mouth is dry, saliva also going to reduce. In saliva some enzymes is there which helps in killing bacteria is present in mouth.  Which creates bad odour in your mouth. If your mouth is dry it is bad sign.  To stop odour drink more amount of water and keep your mouth wet always.

AVOID MEANT :

Say no to meant, it gives temporary effect only. Rather than good it give bad result why means when you chewed meant it sugar remain back in to your mouth, and it’s creating cavities. So better to avoid chewing meant. if you have to chooses one which is sugar free.

RINSE MOUTH REGULARLY :

Rinse your mouth regularly after eating each feed. Always wash your mouth always, especially chocolates, sugar containing foods. A good swirl with water inside your mouth will get rid of the food lodged in corners.

CHOOSE RIGHT FRUITS :

certain fruits and vegetables  are very good for oral health. Juicy and crunchy, like peppers, Broccoli, and berries and apple have a cleansing effect on your teeth.
